Paula studied at the Scuola di Moda SARTECO in Empoli, Italy.

She is Industrial Designer.

She represents the Fashion Designers sector in the Industry of the Fashion and Preparation at PROCOMER (Promotional of Foreign trade of Costa Rica). Since 2002 Paula is advisory of 4th Module on the Program "Creating Exporter" of PROCOMER.

She is the Fashion Design Director and professor in several courses at the Creative University, Costa Rica.

She collaborates in the Supplement Compras, La Nación since 2002.

She has worked in CIMER S.A. since 2000, working as Product Development and Sourcing Manager, then as Product Retail Manager and as Outlet Stores Supervisor, and finally as Levis Mr. Merchandiser being the person in charge of the design of the complete lines Levis Network Tab Men, Levis Network Tab Women, Levis Orange Tab Men, Levis Orange Tab Women and Levis Silvertab Men at level of product necessity in three channels of distribution (Tax exemptions, Outlets and Wholesale), as well as of the projections of product purchase of these and the same positioning of the purchases in diverse countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Indonesia, among others).

Also worked in Latin L.L.Bean America in Costa Rica as Merchandiser and Quality Auditor in charge of supervising the production of footwear "L.L. Bean" produced in Latin American.

Worked at NIKE Inc. Apparel Liaison Office (Costa Rica).
