She is a young Costa Rican painter that began her works on leather, wood, metal, and paper.
In 2000, she participated in the collective creation “La Escuelita del Café" in the Children Museum of Costa Rica along the Peruvian painter Alberto Lama.
In November, 2002, she was invited to participate in the III Festival de Arte
al Aire Libre en San José and in 2003 she received the recognition "Manos
Creativas" in the Feria Nacional de Artesanía.
Gráfica Génesis published in 2003 a “serigrafía” on Puerto Limón, which also occupied the annual cover of the Tourist Magazine at New York "Sunny Lands".
She has exposed in important hotels and national galleries, such as the Hotel Villa Antigua, Galería Bromelias at Monteverde and, Galería
Luluberlu at Puerto Limón. In 2005 she participated on her first individual exhibition, in the Galería Nacional in the Children Museum of Costa Rica, which is called “Con luz propia”. This exhibition was covered by great part of the national press, including newspapers La Nación, La República y La Prensa Libre.
She has become one of the best exponents of the naif art proposing a very particular creation on the Atlantic of our country.
