Been born in Costa Rica on October the 4th,  1953, this Biology student has dedicated during his whole life to photography. He studied Advertising Technical Photography and Handling of Camcorder and Cinema in TECHNICHE HOCHSCHULE of STTUTGART, GERMANY. He worked in Fotoaltelier Studio of Germany and won the National Prize of Photography at V Annual Plastic Arts Salon, Costa Rica.

During 20 years he was photographer at the following agencies of the news: Reuters (1976- 1980), France Press (1980- 1982) and Associated Press (1982- 1984). 

He was representing West London TV Films for Latin America, in production of documentary and translation, at Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and the U.S.A. from 1976 to 1994.  He has made several individual exhibitions and collective, and now he is General Manager of Photos Images Costa Rica and is Delegate Masters for Central America on Gettyimages Limited, stock of advertising photography; while he does what he better knows to do: photography in advertising.
