He is the Director of the company PAUTA ARQUITECTURA Y DISEÑO S.A., in charge of consultancies, design and work inspection. The office is located in San Rafael de Escazú.

He believes that in architecture, one works for a certain client, solving and satisfying his necessities in the most advisable way.

He is graduated in Architecture with distinction as excellent from the University of Costa Rica. Previously Alejandro graduated as Technician in Architectonic Drawing (Vocacional Monseñor Sanabria).

He was invited to participate in two occasions in the Exhibition of Arquitectura, Diseño Interior y Paisajismo “Casa y Oficina”. In Edition 2001 with the space of La Cava and the space of Main Bedroom in Edition 2002. At this time, he is professor of the Interamericana University, in courses of theory and design, and gave classes as professor of “Taller 2” in the University del Diseño. 

He has developed housing, remodeling and industrial buildings. He had remodeled facades of the Siemens building, San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Other works performed by Alejandro are: Quesada Aird, Granera Vega, Garro Ortega, the apartments Señora Isabel del Valle and the condominiums Castro Martínez.

He has also collaborated in rural projects, for the development of communities in the zones of Parrita and Quepos. He tends to explore more towards a design of contemporary or modern character, but he is conscientious first of all, that the project is for the client and of the client.
